Rava Ladoo

Rava Ladoo
I think our lives are becoming stressful day by day,and more than that we are not able to take out our time for having nutritious healthy food!
Even growing kids are also facing this common problem, that they don't have time to eat,due to load of studies as well as extra curricular activities.
So to get rid of this I have found a quick solution, for those people who are busy in there job and have shortage of time.

I have not added any mava or sugar syrup in the ladoo and even they are without sugar but they are sweet in taste .
These Rava Ladoos are so easy to make and you can store them for at least 15 days in an air tight container.

In India now days  many women have started working, and its very difficult for them to manage their home, family as well as diet.So these ladoos can solve this problem as it will consume less time in making them.
As rava is light and desi ghee is going to make these ladoos a little heavier to satisfy your hunger ,you can give 1 ladoo daily to your children in the evening with milk and Iam sure that they will develop a good immunity power as well as energy in the body and brain as well!

So no more worries for our Dearie Mommies ! Here comes a yummy solution with a convenient  recipe of Rava Ladoo-

    Ingredients -
  1. Semolina /Suji - 1 cup
  2. Desi Ghee - 4 tbsp
  3. Jaggery-1 cup (you can increase or decrease the jaggery according to your taste buds and needs)
