Shahi Tukda

Shahi Tukda

Shahi tukda also known as "double ka meetha"means bread dessert! Its a beautiful Indian dessert, mughlai favorite that combines with fried bread slices soaked in hot milk with the sweetness of sugar and aroma of cardamom.
This shahi tukda is the same but with a little twist.A quickest and easiest sweet dish, which will satisfy your sweet craving in few minutes.
Its a mess free dessert which can be made with very few ingredients and can be served as a sweet dish in your house parties or after the dinner as a dessert.
The crispiness of the bread and the creamy sweet liquid will just melt in your mouth and you are going to be in love with this dessert.

Its a healthy version of dessert as milk is good for health and with some nuts it adds a crunch as well as nutrition. So you can make this shahi tukda for your kids also as they will love to have this and they will get a power up in there growing age.
I normally make this for my daughter as she does not have a sweet tooth, but she loves this dessert,so you should also try this specially for fussy kids and for your loving family members.
