Are you looking for a sabzi which can be easily made when your guests knock down your door without any prior information? :-P
So no more worries,just you need only two ingredients and your worry will get vanish!
Malai Do Pyaza is really a flavorful veggie that you can enjoy anytime means in breakfast with some plain paranthas or in lunch with zeera rice.It tastes yummy.
This sabzi is hassle free to make,because you don't require any extra vegetable,as you just need some onions and fresh malai or cream.



You must be wondering that how can malai adds a taste by using only one vegetable?Yes friends it adds a taste because when you malai starts leaving its oil and spices it leaves a crumble texture which means it gives a beautiful grainy flavor.


So lets start with the recipe of Malai - Do -Pyaza




Ingredients-
1.Onions - 7 to 10 (i have used button onions)You can use normal ones .If you are using medium sized onions,then take 4 to 5 onions.

2. Green chilies - 3 to 4 (optional)

3.Garlic - 5 to 6 cloves (crush it or cut it in very fine pieces)

4.Fresh Cream or malai - 2 tbsp

5.Salt as per your taste.

6.Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp

7.Dry mango powder - 1 tsp (add more if you like it tangy if you do not have a sour taste ,than put in less quantity)

8.Coriander powder -1 tsp and Cumin seeds-1 tsp

9.Turmeric powder - 2 pinches

10. Garam Masala - less than 1/2 tsp 


Method-

1.Firstly take onions,peel it and wash them.

2.Now cut the onions in two halves and separate the pieces of the onions.

3.Now take a wok add oil around 1 tbsp. Heat it up and add cumin seeds and garlic pieces.Fry them for around 1 minute.

4.Now add the onions and green chilies.

5.Fry them also for around 2 minutes.

6.Time to add salt,turmeric powder,red chili powder and mix it well.

7.Now take the malai and add it in the onions.

8.Mix it properly.

9.Now add coriander powder,dry mango powder and garam masala.

10.Stir it continuously on slow flame ,till the malai starts leaving its oil and spices.

11.Switch off the flame .

12.Your Malai -do -pyaza is ready to enjoy.

Hope you are enjoying summer vacations with your kids :-P  Summer vacations means demanding kids for me, as kids love to have different kinds of yum snacks all the time.But its a task for all the mommies what to cook specially in evening hours to make the children happy.
So i have tried out this delicious recipe made with cheese and potatoes which will give a huge smile on your kid's faces and not only smile it is going to fill their tummy for a longer time too.



These cheese balls are soft from inside and crispy outside and the cheese is just mouth melting...Cheese balls is one of the most tastiest snacks and they are easy to make also.
I have tried using some healthy ingredients to make it little nutritious for kids and even adults like me who loves cheese ;-) they can also relish this.
You can enjoy these cheese balls with mayonnaise or ketchup.I have added process pics also,so that it will be easier for you to understand the recipe.

So here goes the recipe-



Ingredients-

  1. Bread slices - 3 slices (I have used white bread you can use brown also)
  2. Boiled potatoes - 3 medium sized
  3. Onion 1 -finely chopped
  4. All Purpose flour (4 tbsp)
  5. Cornflour (3 tbsp)
  6. Mozzarella cheese Cut in small cubes.
  7. Cornflakes - 1 cup (crush it in mixer jar)
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Dry mango powder - 1 tsp
  11. Oil for deep frying
Method-
  1. Take a bowl add potatoes and mash it properly.
  2. Add onions and mix it also
  3. Now take the bread slices and cut its sides and mix it in the mixture too.
  4. Now add salt,chilli powder and dry mango powder and mix it well.Make a dough from it.
  5. Now take another small bowl add All purpose flour and cornflour and add 2 tbsp water and make a liquid form.(add more water if needed)






1.Take mozzarella and cut it in small cubes. 



2.Now take the mixture and spread it on your palm and place a cube of cheese in the center.(In the mean time take a wok and heat oil )



3.Now cover the cheese with the mixture by making a round ball from it and dip it in the concoction of apf and cornflour.



4.Now dip this ball in cornflakes powder and coat it well,Repeat the process with the leftover mixture.




5.Deep fry these balls in hot oil,till they turn golden in colour. Take them on an absorbent paper and enjoy it with your dip.
