Lemon Iced Tea
The most refreshing and coolest drink in summers.Its one of the healthiest drink , drinking a glass of iced tea during the day can take care of most of our problems. Iced tea is rich in vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants that keep a check on calories consumed during the day.
Ingredients -
- Water -2 cups
- Sugar - 4 tsp(You can take more if you like more sweetness in your iced tea)
- Lemon juice ( 1 tsp)
- Wedges of lemon
- Mint leaves - 4 to 5
- Tea leaves - 1 tsp
Method -
- Take a pan add water and sugar in it.
- Let it boil.
- Take a glass add mint leaves.
- Put lemon wedges.
- Add lemon juice.
- Now in the pan add tea leaves and wait for one boil.
- Strain it and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Then in the glass add ice cubes and pour the tea.
- Again add some more lemon juice if you require more tangy flavor.
- Serve it chilled.
