Corn Poha
Poha is a light snack which i can have any time.Its an easy digestible form of rice easily used to make snacks or it can be eaten with milk.Its very healthy to have poha in breakfast as it is rich in vitamin b,carbohydrates and proteins.
Ingredients-
- Poha - 2 cups
- Onions - 1 medium sized (thin sliced)
- Boiled corns - 1 cup
- Peanuts - 10 to 12 pieces
- Curry leaves - 3 to 4
- Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Red chili powder- as per taste
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder -1 tsp
- Mango powder - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Take the poha and strain it fresh water.Keep aside.
- Take a wok add oil let it heat and add curry leaves, peanuts and mustard seeds.Let it crackle.Roast them till it turns little crispy.
- Add onions and fry them till they turn translucent .
- Add turmeric powder.
- Now add corns in it and stir it well.
- Then add poha in it.
- Add salt,sugar,red chili powder and coriander powder.
- Mix it gently that poha should not break.
- Lastly add mango powder
- You can garnish it with coriander leaves(optional)
- your poha is ready.
