Chocolate DoughnutsThis is one of the most scrumptious and  toothsome dessert loved by the children as well as adults.The sweetness and the taste of rich melted chocolate  it's really sinful! Preparation Time  -90 minutes
Cooking time  -40 minutes
Servings -2 persons 

INGREDIENTS 
All purpose flour-100 grams Salted Butter-50 grams
Castor sugar-1/2 cup
Salt-1 pinch
Active yeast-1 spoon
Warm milk-1/2 cup
Oil-for frying

FOR TEMPERING 1/2 bar of chocolate compound 
Colored sprinklers for decoration

METHODTake a bowl combine all purpose flour,salted butter, castor sugar,salt,active yeast,warm milk.

Knead a soft dough and rest it atleast  for 1 hour in the fridge.
In the mean time start melting the chocolate compound in microwave bowl or you can use double boiling method.

Now take out the dough make its small balls and then make round  shape with the help of a steel glass or cookie cutter.
Then,make a small round hole in the center with the help of a bottle cap.
Take a wok add oil and start frying the doughnuts keep it on a slow flame to avoid burning.Fry them until they  turn golden brown in color.
Take the doughnuts out and keep them on a absorbent paper.
Start doing tempering by taking a doughnut and coating castor sugar on it then dip it in  melted chocolate.Now sprinkle colored sprinklers and silver beats on it.
